Author, Poet, Astrologer

Hi, my name is Rosemary Peel. I am English and live in the county of West Yorkshire. I am married, have two grown-up children and four grandchildren. of many year's standing, I have recently branched out into e-books. I have a great many e-books available from Smashwords, Kindle, Barns & Noble, Kobo, Sony, and Apple and most retailers. My children's books are divided into several series, Animal Tales (4 titles), Creature Features (2 titles), Toy fantasies (3 titles) Fluff Gang Stories (2 titles), Octinnia Adventures (1 title - 7 more to come) and families, Feuds and Friendships (2 titles and 1 on-going).
Having been born dyslexic myself, in an age before the condition was recognised, but having overcome it sufficiently enough to become an author and also to have run several successful businesses before retirement, I decided to write about it from a personal standpoint, in the hope that it might help others to appreciate that having it is not nececessarily as devastating as it may first appear. My Dyslexic Journey - a semi-autobiogry now at Smashwords, Kindle, Barns and Noble, Sony, Kobo, at the ibookstores and at most e-book retailers.
Several of my main-stream titles, although out of print, can periodically be picked up over the internet. I write in several different genres; children's fiction, both for early readers who still prefer being read to and for the 10's to 15's + older age range; also adult romantic sagas, poetry and astrological books.
I also enjoy painting, mostly in oils and mainly for pleasure.

My latest book for younger children,"And What Do You Want For Christmas, is now available. There are several more stories awaiting upload and two on-going longer works, Flat Cats - in the Families, Feuds & Friendship Series - and Octinnia, Book Two - in the Octinnia Adventure Series should be ready in the not too distant future.

I have had to curtail my writing at present as I have broken my wrist and cannot use the keyboard for long periods. Will be back in action soon.

My latest titles in the Animal Tales Series are: A Squirrel Called Cyril and As Pretty as a Picture. Both are on now released and available at most e-book suppliers.
